Trisomy represses [Apc.sup.Min]-mediated tumors in mouse models of Down's syndrome
Article Abstract:
The mouse models of Down's syndrome are used to study the impact of trisomy on the [Apc.sup.Min]-mediated tumors. Findings reveal that the trisomy represses such tumors to a great extent.
